For commercial property owners:
 

2A Towing offers private property impounding services for your commercial property. We will provide you with the legally required signage, and a written agreement for the service. This service costs you, the property owner, zero dollars. Our chain of custody includes documenting the tow with photographs/videos. Once the signage is placed where required by law, and the written agreement is signed, you contact our company and notify us of the violation or nuisance vehicle that needs removed. We will then send out the proper equipment to remove the vehicle and then store at a secure storage lot. Law enforcement is then notified by law with regard to the vehicle removal. Our goal is to remove as much liability as possible from your property, and to treat the vehicle in violation as if it were our own. For private residential property owners:

If you have an abandoned or improperly parked vehicle on your property at your home, contact us and we can walk you through the proper procedure for having the vehicle removed. You can also contact local law enforcement for assistance with this.

 

For vehicle owners:

 

Under current Ohio law, ORC 4513.60, 4513.601 commercial private property owners make arrangements with local towing companies to remove vehicles from their property that are in violation of parking rules, or vehicles that have been abandoned. If your vehicle has been towed by 2A Towing, we will make every effort possible to make this process easier for you. We use state of the art modern equipment, and will make it a priority to take care of your vehicle during the entire process. Just make sure you can provide proof of ownership and identification. Standard retrieval hours are 7AM - 7PM After hours retrieval may be subject to up to a $150.00 fee per 4513.69. Storage fees are charged after the first 24 hours of the vehicle being impounded. This ONLY applies to private property impounds.

NOTE REGARDING LAW ENFORCEMENT IMPOUNDING AND REPOSSESSIONS:

Private property impounding services are not the same as a repossession. We do provide repossession services - you should contact your lender/lien holder to make arrangements to retrieve your vehicle if you believe your vehicle has been repossessed.

 

If your vehicle has been impounded due to a law enforcement tow, you can check with the agency that ordered a tow to make sure there are no "holds" or requirements to release your vehicle or property.
